Live Sessions

Come Into the Room.

Not every gathering needs to accomplish the same thing. Sometimes we need to talk about what we're seeing. Sometimes a question deserves deeper thought. And sometimes we already know enough and need to get the work done.

Three different reasons to gather

Talk About It. Think It Through. Do the Work.

The topic does not determine the room. What we are there to do with the topic does.

In the Mix with Tonia Group Chat

Talk about what we're navigating.

Sometimes a conversation needs more voices.

Group Chats are relaxed live conversations about a decision, idea, tool, development, question, or situation worth talking about together.

We are not necessarily there to solve it. Sometimes we need to understand what we think about it first. Sometimes we decide it does not deserve another minute of our attention. Sometimes the conversation tells us exactly what needs to happen next.

Think With Me

Come into the room and think it through.

Bring a question worth examining.

I may start with an idea, scenario, tool, recent development, or question I've been working through. Someone in the room may bring something we're able to explore together.

We are not there simply to collect information. We are there to look at what is happening, question assumptions, identify what we may be missing, and think more deliberately about what comes next.

CYA Café™

Bring the work and get it done.

This is the point where we stop collecting information.

Bring the document. The list. The files. The decision. The follow-up. The project you've been meaning to finish.

CYA Café gives you dedicated time to work alongside other people who also came to move something forward.

You do not need another lesson first.

The Difference Is What We're Doing With It.

A business decision, collaboration question, tool, or new development does not “belong” to one format.

We may first talk about whether it matters at all. Then we may decide it deserves deeper thought. And if there is work to do, we can make space to actually do it.

Not every question needs an immediate solution.

Sometimes the useful outcome is recognizing that we do not need to do anything. Sometimes it is seeing the question differently. Sometimes it is finally moving the work forward.

the invisible asset:

Experience-based businesses are built differently than traditional product businesses. Studios, live events, retreats, and immersive communities thrive because they create environments people return to again and again. Over time, these environments develop recognizable elements—the flow of your event, the structure of your class, the identity of your gatherings, the culture of your community. These elements form the architecture of your brand, yet many founders are never taught to see them as assets.

I call this:

Experience IP™

The intellectual property embedded in the experiences your brand creates.

The Protect Your Experience™ Strategic Intensive introduces the TCIL Protect Your Experience™ framework, a strategic approach designed specifically for experience-driven brands. Inside the session, founders learn how to begin identifying the intellectual property embedded in their experiences, recognize where brand confusion or risk can emerge, and organize their events, programming, and environments into a clear portfolio of brand assets.

By the end of the intensive, participants walk away with a new lens for understanding the business they are building—along with practical tools to map their Experience IP™, evaluate brand risk, and take the first steps toward protecting the experiences people recognize and return to.
