CONDUCT OF CODE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You are accessing the The Legacy Level Up Luminary Community and Learning Lounge (THE L4), a virtual space that is owned and operated by TMF FITUNATE LLC. By accessing this virtual space and community site and any sessions, events, or activities on this virtual space and community site, you become a participant, subject to the following Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all participants, regardless of membership status, including paid members, free members, or guests to our services or site.

  • All members are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Be respectful and considerate in all interactions. Treat fellow members, moderators, and guests with kindness and professionalism.
  • Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior. Our community is inclusive, and we celebrate diversity.
  • Refrain from engaging in any activities that may be deemed harmful or offensive to others.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment by engaging in constructive discussions and supporting fellow members in their personal and entrepreneurial journeys.
  • Use professional and respectful language in all communications within the community.

Virtual Etiquette

  • Ensure a professional and tidy virtual environment during online sessions. This includes appropriate attire and a distraction-free background.
  • Mute your microphone when not speaking to minimize background noise during virtual meetings and in shared spaces. 
  • Minimize activities that may be distracting to others, such as loud background noises or unrelated conversations during designated co-working times in designated co-working spaces.
  • Use your camera as directed, especially during interactive sessions where visibility is beneficial.
  • For programs involving physical activities, participants may be required to have their cameras on to allow instructors to observe movements and provide guidance.
  • Use chat or video communication responsibly. If engaging in a discussion, be mindful of others in the space and consider moving to another conversation friendly room for extended conversations.

Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared within the community. Do not share or reproduce any sensitive information without explicit permission.
  • Do not record or screenshot virtual sessions without the explicit consent of all participants.


Space Usage

  • Utilize virtual spaces responsibly and in accordance with their intended purposes.
  • Do not disrupt or interfere with the work of others during virtual co-working sessions.
  • Members may utilize co-working spaces for individual or collaborative work. Keep noise levels reasonable and be mindful of others sharing the virtual space.
  • Specialty Rooms: Utilize specialty rooms, such as wellness rooms or innovation labs, for their intended purposes. Relaxation spaces are meant for unwinding and casual interaction. Be considerate of others seeking a quiet and calming atmosphere. Respect any guidelines specific to each room. Use chat or video communication responsibly. If engaging in a discussion, be mindful of others in the space and consider moving to a breakout room for extended conversations.

Collaboration and Networking

  • Engage actively in collaboration and networking opportunities within the community.
  • Be open to sharing your expertise and offering support to fellow members.
  • Utilize designated channels or platforms for group discussions or collaborative work.
  • Engage in networking opportunities within designated spaces or events, considering the virtual nature of the environment.

Collaborative Tools

If using collaborative tools, ensure proper communication and coordination with other co-workers.

Shared Resources

Respect the use of shared resources and tools. Avoid monopolizing virtual whiteboards or collaborative documents for extended periods.

Scheduling Rooms and Meetings (Collab Hub, Innovation Lab, Game Room, Events Stage, etc.)

For rooms and spaces that require reservations, you must schedule any meetings, events, and activities in advance. Be mindful of timing to allow smooth transitions for others.

Internet Usage and Bandwidth Consideration

Be mindful of bandwidth usage, especially during collaborative sessions. Avoid unnecessary large downloads or streaming that may impact others.

Network Security

Adhere to security guidelines when using the virtual community space's online platforms.

Login Credentials - Security

Do not share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals into any of the community and site sessions and spaces. This is a violation of community policies and may result in the immediate termination of your access and/or membership.

Respects Your Hosts + Moderators

For all meetings and group activities, respect the host's guidelines for participation.

Scheduled Breaks and Breakout Rooms

Use designated breakout rooms or areas for scheduled breaks to avoid disrupting those working in the main co-working space.

Scheduled Events 

Be aware of scheduled events or workshops in the co-working area. Adjust your work accordingly or move to designated spaces, if needed.

Online Learning Center

  • Respect the intellectual property of others. Do not reproduce or distribute learning center materials without proper and explicit consent and authorization.
  • Participate actively in workshops and discussions, fostering a culture of shared learning.

Exiting a Room and Non-Use for an Extended Period of Time

When leaving a room or space, exit appropriately to avoid interruptions for other members. If you will be inactive in a space for an extended period of time, or are finished using a space, please exit the room or space to make sure that others can utilize any empty seats or resources.

Attendance, Session Cancellations and Class Absences

  • If you enroll in group programs, regular attendance and participation are encouraged. If unable to attend a scheduled session or event, notify the organizer or instructor in advance if possible.
  • Be mindful of, and adhere to, all cancellation policies.

Make Your Physical Space Safe

Ensure a safe physical environment when participating in fitness or movement-based activities. Be aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents.


Personal Responsibility

Members are responsible for their individual well-being, including physical and mental health. Seek professional advice if needed. Use of the community, its spaces, activities, and features are at your own risk.


Report Issues

Report any technical issues, concerns, or violations of the rules to the community management and moderators promptly.

Compliance with Laws

Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during your participation in the community.

Termination of Membership

Violation of these rules and guidelines may result in restricted access or the termination of your membership. Serious offenses may be addressed immediately without prior warning.

By being a member or guest of THE L4, a site and service of TMF FITUNATE LLC and participating in our virtual community and website spaces, events and activities, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change without notice.
